Very responsive and sincere

Lee helped us with purchasing home insurance, updating it when we got an addition, and transferring car insurance to bundle with home insurance. The prices and service are outstanding. Also, Lee was invaluable when we needed to file insurance claims.

Lee’s personal attention in guiding me through the process of transitioning my home and auto policies from my mother’s name to mine following her death was invaluable. I was overwhelmed with the estate and all the other issues associated with handling it. He took this one worry off my plate. Also — as Hurricane Florence approached, lee was able to quickly make adjustments to my flood insurance policy and get me an updated policy declaration sheet the same day. Luckily I didn’t need it, but it was quite a relief during the storm, knowing I was properly covered. Thank you so much.
