Lee Winters, Sr. began his insurance career in 1978 in Beaufort County, North Carolina. He received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation 1989. He opened the Lee Winters Insurance Agency, LLC in Raleigh in August 2007 which has been serving the needs of the Raleigh community since then.
