Originally from Ecuador, Kelly holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Automotive. Her career began as an Automotive Service Advisor for leading car brands in Ecuador, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and technical expertise.
After relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina, she spent five years as a Commercial Sales Manager in the auto parts industry, honing her skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
In July 2024, she made a dynamic transition into the insurance industry by joining Lee Winters Insurance Agency as a Customer Service Representative. Earning her P&C Insurance Producer license has been a proud milestone that has fueled her commitment to continuous growth and delivering outstanding service in this new chapter of her professional journey.
